c) When the candidates are going for the interview then compulsorily they have to mention our consultant name on their resume so that the company can get to know easily. (d) If a candidate is selected by our references and recommendations, he/she shall be required to immediately notify and endorse us a copy of the appointment letter for our record otherwise directly inform our team or any concerned person of MCIPL Will happen. (e) If a candidate is selected for the job through MCIPL he will be solely an employee of the organization concerned and MCIPL will not be responsible for any legal/dispute or any other matter between the candidate and the organization .
For our sake we are not charging any fee from our candidates. We are providing our free placement services for our candidates all over India, we are working with companies not only with our candidates. (a) If a candidate wants to apply for any company on our behalf, he/she has to comply with some of our criteria. Below we mention it briefly. (b) If he is willing to apply for the job then he has to send his resume to my team otherwise contact our team directly. Our team can take telephonic round first and we can suggest any company if the candidate is suitable for our reliable option.
