Subject to its provisions, the Company shall pay to the Consultant a professional fee which is 8.33% of the candidate’s annual salary, excluding re-testing, allowances at all levels for International Programmes. The consultant shall submit the challan along with the list of candidates who have joined through our source along with relevant professional fee after 30 days. The counseling fee will be paid within 45 days from the date of selection of the candidate.
